The St. Cloud Builders Exchange is an association of over 150 general and independent contractors formed to distribute information on upcoming projects to its member businesses. Governed by a Board of Directors which includes representatives from member businesses, the Builders Exchange offers access to plans, specs and addenda for projects that are out for bid in Minnesota, North Dakota and Northern Wisconsin.
Projects placed on file for bid purposes are accessible only to Builders Exchange members who are up-to-date on their annual dues. Current projects are available for review in both our online planroom and at the Builders Exchange office, co-located within the St. Cloud Area Chamber of Commerce, 1411 W St. Germain Street, Ste 101, St. Cloud, Minnesota.
